SEPHORA is finally opening its vancouver flagship store!! Its been at least 2 year in the making and will be opening in September of 2009. If you've never been to a Sephora store before you dont know what you're missing. Its a makeup wonderland with everything you can hope for and more!! I would be happy to live in a sephora store forever and ever.
